Our itinerary:

Day 01

Arrive at Colombo Airport and meet our driver for a scenic journey to Nuwara Eliya.

As we make our way through rolling tea fields and charming villages, we’ll begin capturing the first chapter of our retreat – slow moments, honest landscapes, and quiet beauty.

Once we arrive, you’ll check in, unwind, and settle into the rhythm of the hills. In the evening, we’ll gather for a welcome dinner – the first of many moments to connect and create together.

Day 02

A creative workshop in the dreamy English-style gardens of Nuwara Eliya, setting the tone for the day’s content flow.

We’ll visit a tea plantation and stop at Bomburu Ella Waterfall — both scenic backdrops for intentional storytelling and content episodes focused on movement, nature, and light.

From there, we’ll head to Kandy and board the iconic train to Ella — one of the most scenic rides in the world.

After checking into our stay in Ella, we’ll wind down with optional sunset yoga and a cozy group dinner.

Day 03

We’ll start early with a peaceful sunrise hike at Little Adam’s Peak — a grounding moment in nature.

Next, we’ll visit the iconic Nine Arch Bridge to catch the train crossing and soak in the views.

After lunch, you can choose between a local cooking class.

We’ll wrap the day with a relaxed dinner back at the hotel.

Day 04

Start your morning with optional yoga or a slow wander through Ella Town — shop, shoot, or simply soak it all in.

By noon, we’ll head south to the coast.

After checking in at our Ahangama stay, we’ll enjoy sunset tapas on the rooftop overlooking the sea.

Day 05

Begin the day with an optional sunrise shoot in Ahangama, followed by a nourishing breakfast.

We’ll then head to Galle for a color walk and explore the charming old town and Dutch Fort.

The day ends with a golden-hour shoot at Mirissa’s iconic Coconut Tree Hill — a sunset to remember.

Day 06

For our final full day, we’ll ease into island time with a relaxed beach day at Hiriketiya or Tangalle.

Think sun-soaked swims, beach paddle games, fresh coconuts, and optional surf lessons — nothing scheduled, just space to unwind and soak it all in.

Day 07

We’ll share one last breakfast together, reflecting on the week of memories, magic, and meaningful connection. After check-out, we’ll begin our journey back to the airport — hearts full, cameras full, and minds inspired. Until next time.

FAQs

Who are the retreats for?

A beautiful mix of creatives, solo travelers, multi-passionates, nature lovers, and soulful explorers. Ages range from mid-20s to 45s, but more than anything, it’s about mindset — people who are kind, curious, and craving connection.

Absolutely. Most of our guests come solo, and you would have your own room. Everyone initially gets their own room upon booking, unless they request a sharing basis.
No, international flights, visas, and travel insurance are not included in the retreat price. However, we’ll guide you on the ideal arrival and departure times — and if you’d like support with booking your flights, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to help coordinate or recommend a trusted travel partner.

Yes! You’re more than welcome to join with a friend, partner, sibling — anyone you feel would love this experience too. Just let us know when applying, and we’ll arrange for you to share a room and enjoy the journey together.

The retreat price is for a private room — your own space to unwind, reflect, and rest.
If you’re joining with a friend and would like to share a room, we’re happy to accommodate that based on availability. Just reach out after booking.

Please note: The per person rate remains the same, whether private or shared.

This retreat is designed to take you on a journey to stimulate your creative senses, so so we will be on a schedule, especially on travel days. That said, on the days where we’re based in one location (like Ella or Ahangama), there’s space to slow down. You’re free to join the group activities or take time for yourself at the hotel. It’s your experience — and we want it to feel nourishing, not rushed.
The pace is gentle and accessible to most fitness levels. There will be light hiking (like Little Adam’s Peak), but nothing overly strenuous.

Not at all! This retreat is for anyone who loves to travel, connect, and be inspired. Whether you’re a photographer, a storyteller, or someone who just loves beautiful places and meaningful conversations, you’re welcome here.

We offer flexible payment plans and a fair cancellation policy. A non-refundable deposit secures your spot, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the retreat. Full details will be outlined in the welcome pack.
You’ll receive a full packing guide upon booking. Think lightweight clothing, comfortable shoes, swimwear, and your camera if you’d like to shoot. We’ll keep things casual and easy throughout the trip.
